Nintendo's second title for "Splatoon" is getting a bigger player base with the continuous updates the game is getting. While they were all for free, they have recently revealed a "Starter Edition" grants even more bonus content aside from the free ones already in the game.

Those who buy the "Splatoon 2" Starter Edition will also get an exclusive strategy guide straight from Nintendo themselves. Not only will new players be able to play the game, but they will do so in a much better than way than others who entered the game blindfoldedly.

It is also worth noting that the strategy guide is not some simple booklet or pamphlet about the game. It is a packed 100-page book about the game modes, characters, tips, tricks, techniques and just simply everything that players can read about as they play the game. Plus, for those who want it, it also has sticker sheets as well.

Aside from the Starter Edition, Nintendo also recently released two new editions of their amiibo featuring Pearl and Marina. There has also been the announcement of their release so no details about what they can do have been mentioned yet. They will be worth around $24.99 for both of in a bundle.

On the game itself, it also introduced some new additions. This includes a new map and a weapon. The new map, Goby Arena, is styled after a basketball court which. There is also the new Tetra Dark Dualies which allows up to four straight dodge rolls. Players with it can also shoot while rolling.

The "Splatoon 2" Starter Edition will be out on March 17, 2018 worldwide. The best thing about it is that it costs $59.99 which is the same price for the game alone prior to the release of the Standard Edition.
