Earlier this month, Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber were seen sharing a special moment in the lobby of a Beverly Hills hotel where the "Sorry" singer serenaded her with his rendition of "My Girl," and rumors circulated that the two may have gotten back together. Throughout their four years together, the pair has a history of making up and breaking up, but right now, it is unclear whether the two are dating exclusively again.
In a new interview with InStyle magazine, the former Disney star admitted that she is dating and said that she finds the experience to be daunting, especially if her date has done some research on her.
"I hate it," she told the magazine about dating again. "It's hard and I'm weirded out by the idea that a guy has googled me before we meet, and that has happened."
Gomez added that she would "love to date older guys" but couldn't because "I feel like I look 16 sometimes."
On being asked about dating Bieber, the singer-actress said that she's tired of talking about it and that she never intended her personal life to be tabloid fodder.
"It's really hard because I'm a nice person," said Gomez. "I'm just tired talking about it. I never intended for my life to become a tabloid story."
In the interview, the 23-year-old also said that she would have dated Zayn Malik if he asked her out.
"If he asked me out on a date, I would be seen with him. Just kidding, but not kidding," she said.
Malik is said to be dating Gigi Hadid at the moment. The former One Direction member and the model were spotted together after the American Music Awards last week, and since then, they have been photographed going on dates on more than one occasion.
