Wentworth Miller once again surprised the fans by revealing his potential storyline for the FOX hit series "Prison Break" season 6 in a pitch he shared on Instagram.

It has been five months since "Prison Break" season 5 ended in May and fans are still hoping to see the continuation of Michael (Miller) and Lincoln's (Dominic Purcell) story. However, its home network has yet to neither renew nor cancel the television series.

Miller titled his "Prison Break" season 6 pitch for the FOX team with "Prison Break Limited Series Season 6 Story Idea: 'Comic/Con.'" Here, Michael and Lincoln are back at Lockwith Home for Boys, a detention center where the two served their time for the first time. As the place has been abandoned, a new owner runs the place and he wants the two back in.

They will be kidnapped by their "uber-fan" named Tag. He is said to be a genius, a billionaire, a geek, and a sociopath, who wants to see Michael and Lincoln reenact the escape they have done from season 1 to 5. He is eyeing to transform Lockwith to be a deadly theme park and fans will be surprised to know his relationship to the two former inmates.

However, at the beginning of his pitch, Miller noted that the "powers-that-be" were not interested in his storyline. "They weren't interested, but I thought I'd share it with you guys anyway," he said in his Instagram post.

According to Hidden Remote, Miller's note might simply mean that the FOX team did not take his pitch for "Prison Break" season 6 as the network may have no plans yet to renew the show. The publication also cited that if the 45-year-old actor's proposal is more philosophical and with a most effective tactic, then the network might give it a go.

It looks like fans still have to wait for FOX to officially announce the return of "Prison Break" season 6 to the small screen.
