'NCIS LA' season 6 spoilers: Things will get heated between Talia and Kensi

Love triangles always makes things a bit more interesting and even with an action-drama TV series like "NCIS: Los Angeles," the audience will still need some good old love story drama. Ask and it will be given—that's exactly what fans are getting in season 6.

Most of "NCIS: Los Angeles" fans are rooting for Kensi and Deeks to make it together. However, the showrunners aren't making that happen yet, or at least, not right now. But things between the two might pick up quicker when someone returns and causes tension.

It is confirmed that Talia will be returning to the show and with her return, she brings complication to Kensi and Deeks' love story. Talia wants to spend time with Deek, and obviously, this will not sit well with Kensi.

Recently, executive producer Shane Brennan shared a spoiler to TV Guide and said, "We love this character," referring to Talia. This proves that Talia will be staying for a while.

"Without a doubt we'll be bringing [Talia] back ... Let's just say things become heated between [Talia] and Kensi when Talia gives her some unasked-for advice. Her impact is both emotional and physical," said Brennan.

CarterMatt states that Talia's return could have a positive impact between what Kensi and Deeks have. She can be a precursor to the two finally realizing that they should be together already and not a moment longer. According to CarterMatt, "you need something unexpected like this to shake things up and change the dynamic." And hopefully, this works for the couple-to-be.

"NCIS: Los Angeles" season 6 returns on September 22 on its new timeslot at 10 p.m.
