Manchester City vs West Ham takes place on Sunday in the English Premier League as City look to gain the three points they need to claim their second EPL title in just three seasons. Even a point would likely win the title for City thanks to their much better goal difference than Liverpool, but there's absolutely no doubt they will be looking to make things 100 percent certain Sunday and win the crown in style in front of their home fans.

Sunday's big game will start at 3 p.m. BST and can be watched online through live stream – free for subscribers – via the link provided below.

With West Ham already assured of their future in the Premier League the Hammers don't have much to play for other than pride and to try and stop City winning a trophy while playing against them.

Hammers' manager Sam Allardyce has promised that his team will do their best to try and spoil the party, however, looking at West Ham's recent record against City, not even the most optimistic Liverpool supporter will believe the title won't be going to Manchester City this season.

City have not only beaten West Ham twice already in 2014, but they have demolished them, scoring nine goals in the two wins, and conceding none.

West Ham have failed to defeat City in their last seven matches, losing five of those games and managing to draw just two.

The record at the Etihad Stadium is even more overwhelming, and City have defeated West Ham in five straight games at home.

The Etihad has been a fortress in the Premier League for them this season, and their only home league defeat so far this season came against Chelsea on February 3. Meanwhile, Sunderland are the only other team to have taken any points away from City at the Etihad in the 2013-14 Premier League campaign, drawing 2-2.

Sunday's massive game for City against West Ham will start at 3 p.m. BST and can be watched online through live stream by clicking here.
