'Life is Strange: Before the Storm' episode 3 release date, news: 'Hell is Empty' finale episode out in a few weeks

Episodic adventure video game "Life Is Strange: Before the Storm" has gotten a lot of gamers curious about the game's story. Fans of the game will be glad to know that the finale will be out in a few weeks for all platforms of the game.

Episode 3 of "Before the Storm," which is also the finale, is entitled "Hell is Empty." This last episode will be released on Dec. 20, 2017 for the PlayStation 4 (PS 4), Xbox One, and PC. As the last episode, gamers can expect a lot of their questions from the previous episodes to be finally answered.

Square Enix, the game's developer, also released a trailer and an overview of the episode. "Chloe struggles to keep grasp of the event unraveling in front of her as we hurtle towards a dramatic conclusion and the consequences of all your actions so far," reads the overview. "As her friendship with Rachel Amber reaches new heights of emotion, Chloe uncovers a dangerous revelation that will require her to find the courage and strength to make some of the toughest decision of her life."

For those who have not yet tried playing the game, they still have time to catch up. "Life Is Strange: Before the Storm" is a prequel to the original game that many have already heard about. In fact, the events that happen in "Before the Storm" actually happened three years before the events in the first game. Gamers get to control the decisions of a rebellious teenager named Chloe Price who will start an unlikely friendship with someone totally opposite to her, Rachel Amber.

The story focuses on their friendship and how they have overcome difficult situation despite their contrasting features. Rachel is the more popular and beautiful girl who everyone knows is destined for success. With Chloe uncovering a deep family secret, Rachel gets dragged into the situation as Chloe's best friend.
