The notorious Canadian pop star Justin Bieber seems to have taken Beyonce's lyrics to heart---If you really want it, put a ring on it---as he is now rumored to be on the verge of buying an engagement ring for Selena Gomez, a former Disney child star.

The couple began dating in 2010. However, since 2012, they have been in an on and off relationship cycle. This time though, Bieber is determined to set things right. "Justin absolutely believes that when the time is right, he'll stick a ring on Selena's finger," an insider told Hollywood Life.

In an interview with In Touch last year, Bieber claimed that he was eager to get started on a family of his own. The 20-year-old singer stated that he was raised by his mother to be a good husband for a lucky woman and a good father to his kids. "I can't wait to have a beautiful wife and little kids running around, but those things are in God's hands, not mine," Bieber said.

The source also declared that Bieberl is prepared to spend a million dollars for the ring. However, the million-dollar question is: Will Selena say yes to his proposal?

"Selena loves the big gestures, so as much as he's messed up with her, knowing her, she'd say yes to that kind of thing," a source stated. "He knows how to sweep her off her feet when he wants to."

On August 14, Bieber posted on Instagram a photo of himself cradling Selena in his arms as the "Who Says" singer passionately kissed his cheek. He later deleted the image.
