Although Huawei has already confirmed that its next flagship, the P9 is launching soon, supposed leaks still keep on appearing. New images of the Huawei P9 have leaked online. In addition, speculations suggest that the new flagship may have been spotted in a recent benchmark listing, too.

9to5Google has chronicled the latest batch of leaked images of the Huawei P9, which shows the details in the design and form factor of the upcoming flagship. According to the industry follower, the images very much confirm the dual-cam setup of the Huawei P9. Huawei had alluded to the feature with teasers featuring taglines such as "#00" and "change the way you see the world," hinting that one of the main features of the P9 lineup is its main camera.

According to speculations, aside from a dual-lens assembly, the main camera will also integrate laser focus and OIS.

Meanwhile, as for what's under the Huawei P9's hood, GSM Arena said that the flagship recently passed by AnTuTu, scoring short of 100K. The Huawei P9 established a 96,043 rated score on the benchmark site. The industry follower stated that this is an improvement over another Huawei flagship, the Mate 8. However, the new flagship has failed to reach other flagship's scores, notably the Samsung Galaxy S7 and LG G5, with scores upwards of 130K.

The benchmark test supposedly listed the specs of the Huawei P9. Reportedly, the new flagship comes with a Kirin 955 chipset paired with 4GB of RAM, 64GB of internal storage, and a 5.2-inch screen with full HD resolution. Meanwhile, the back camera is at 13MP and the front shooter at 8MP.

Huawei recently sent out invites for an April 6 event, and while the company has not detailed what it will reveal at the said event, observers expect the Huawei P9 to finally make its appearance.
