HTC has constantly been in the rumor mill, especially since there are talks that the Taiwanese company will release a new HTC U smartphone soon, codenamed as "Ocean." Now, HTC is once again in discussion, this time for a different device, following leaks that it will launch a new smartphone that is focused on a longer battery life.

In the Twitter account of popular leakster Evan Blass, he posted a photo of an HTC device that seems to have a dual camera at the back. The short description of the image simply says, "big style meets bigger battery."

Although there was not an actual label, the device is believed to be the HTC One X10. The upcoming device is expected to focus on a longer battery life, aside from the improvements made on the back panel.

Meanwhile, based on the two additional images that HTC Source was able to gather, the battery of HTC One X10 is at 4,000 mAh. This is expected to make the device last up to two days longer. As for its exterior looks, the HTC One X10 comes with some metal finishes that add beauty and sleekness to the device.

At the moment, the specifications of the HTC One X10 is still uncertain. Nonetheless, there are rumors that the upcoming device may come in a 5.5-inch screen display with 1080x1920 pixel resolution. It may carry a mid-range MediaTek processor, along with 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal memory.

As for its camera, the HTC One X10 device may come with a 16-megapixel main shooter along with an 8-megapixel secondary snapper. The upcoming handset may also feature a fingerprint sensor. Cost-wise, the price of the HTC One X10 is forecasted to be around $300.

Fans will still have to take the information with a grain of salt, as such have not been confirmed by HTC. Nonetheless, if HTC One X10 pushes through, it may be a good option catering to the mid-tier market.
