HTC's new flagship is expected to take the smartphone market by storm when it is unveiled on Tuesday, with its all-new design and top-notch specs.
The Taiwanese company previously mocked Samsung's latest Galaxy S5 just days after its release, suggesting that fans should wait for the launch of HTC's latest flagship before deciding on upgrading to the S5.
How will HTC One 2 compare with Samsung's latest gadget?

Samsung's Galaxy S5 was finally unveiled a month ago at the World Mobile Congress in Barcelona, Spain.
The new smartphone packs very similar specs to its S4 predecessor, with its traditional rounded design and metal edges. The back cover is still made of plastic, and features a new perforated dimpled design, which makes it easier to grasp and hold.
The Galaxy S5 features a 5.1 inch super AMOLED HD display, 2800 mAh battery, 2.5 GHz quad-core processor, 2GB RAM, and runs on Android 4.4.2.
Its 16 megapixel camera with LED flash comes with a faster AF at just 0.3 seconds, improved HDR to enrich the tone, and selective focus options.
A new heart rate sensor is also added to the smartphone. The sensor is placed at the back below the camera lens and will work by gently placing your fingertip on the sensor.
The Galaxy S5 is also water and dirt resistant and will be available in blue, black, gold and white, depending on the market.
Samsung has also added a finger scanner to the home button of the device to ramp up the security. The finger scanner will unlock mobile payment and also turn the phone into a private mode, to keep personal information and files secure.
So how does the purported specs of the all new HTC One smartpher and the new Samsung Galaxy S5 specs compare with the rumored iPhone 6 specs?

There are rumors that Apple may finally launch a smartphone with a screen bigger than its current 4-inch display. Fans hope that the Cupertino-based company will finally upgrade to a bigger 5 inch model, inline with its Android competitors.
The phone is likely to pack an upgraded A8 processor with dedicated M8 chip, 4GB RAM, 128 storage and improved fingerprint security features. The handsets have also been rumored to come in a 'liquidmetal' casing.
