343 Industries will release the beta for "Halo 5: Guardians" Warzone Firefighter mode this month.

The highly anticipated multiplayer mode, which was unveiled by the game studio in February, is considered the biggest cooperative experience in the entire history of the "Halo" franchise.

According to Halo Waypoint, "Halo 5: Guardians" Warzone Firefighter will go live beginning April 14 and will last until April 18.

"In Warzone Firefight, up to eight players will work together to complete five rounds of increasingly difficult, dynamic objectives set against a timer to emerge victorious," the game studio revealed.

343 Industries also mentioned that the five-day beta period will involve Spartan fireteams composed of eight players that will fight in an ambush from the enemy inside the Escape from A.R.C. Warzone map.

"You and your friends will tackle a new objective for each of the five rounds, with each task growing progressively more demanding along the way," the game developer explained. "And since the mode is a fully realized member of the Warzone family, players will have full access to their arsenal in the Halo 5: Guardians REQ system, letting you leverage your REQs in new ways against computer-controlled enemies."

The "Halo 5: Guardians" Warzone Firefighter mode will also come with seven maps when the final version of the new multiplayer mode has been released. But for the beta version, only the Escape from A.R.C. will be available for the players.

Aside from the upcoming beta, Microsoft will also come up with a brand-new REQ bundle known as the Mythic Warzone REQ Pack, which contains 10 Mythic level cards that can be used in exchange for weapons and power ups for the Warzone Firefight mode and other Warzone modes. It will also include an Ultra Rare or Legendary vehicle or weapon upon release.

The official release date of the "Halo 5: Guardians" Warzone Firefighter is expected to be announced in the coming days.
