'General Hospital' spoilers: Jason Morgan returns, Franco plots against Carly and Sonny and Ava leaves Port Charles

"General Hospital" is full of scheming this week. There's plenty of mystery around that's waiting to be solved. Here's what's happening on "GH" from Sept. 22 to 26:

Sonny, Carly and Franco

Sonny and Carly's cheating won't go unpunished. It's been a while since Sonny and Carly have been going behind Franco's back and this time, Franco will know the truth, courtesy of Kiki. Kiki tells Franco what Carly has been up to, and Franco won't take the news lightly. In the birthday party, Franco gives a shocking birthday toast, reports Celeb Dirty Laundry. Also, Franco will come up with a revenge plan.

Sonny and Ava Jerome

Even when Franco is scheming to bring down Sonny, Sonny is busy with other things, particularly trying to recapture Ava Jerome. Sonny will command Max and Shawn to capture Ava and the baby. However, Ava will put up a fight this time around. Ava has help from an accomplice, Morgan Corinthos. Morgan will help Ava leave Port Charles.

Jason Morgan returns

It's been a while that Jason Morgan has been making the weekly rounds of spoilers for "General Hospital." But this might just be the week that marks his return to the show.

"GH" fans still don't know if Robin and Jason survived the blast. In Tuesday's episode, it will be revealed that Robin makes it out alive. As for Jason Morgan, spoilers say that he ends up in the hospital. On Thursday's episode, Elizabeth will be treating a mystery patient and everyone's guess is that mystery patient is none other than Jason Morgan himself.

What kind of plan will Franco device against Carly and Sonny? Will he turn crazy and evil? Will Franco tell Michael that Sonny was the one who shot his father? Will Ava Jerome be successful in her escape? And is Jason Morgan really the mystery patient? Don't miss an episode of "General Hospital" this week.
