Once again, Bungie is bringing back "The Dawning" for "Destiny 2." The event will be bringing new gears, events, activities and, of course, additional fun holiday-themed stuff.

Players will be able to redecorate their social spaces with the latest activities that the new event will bring. They can hang their boots up and feel the holiday season in the game.

Also, Guardians will be able to enjoy snowball fights on the Farm and the Tower in "Destiny 2's" "The Dawning." This activity can be carried over to Strikes. According to Bungie, gamers can blast their enemies with a snowball that can cause really big damage.

"Engage in Crucible Mayhem or become a legend in Strikes and you'll be rewarded," the video game company revealed.

Every week, players will be eligible to complete a milestone for "The Dawning" engram.

As revealed by Bungie, "Destiny 2's" Mayhem mode will be returning to Crucible. This mode can increase the recharge rates of grenade, melee and other special abilities. This can bump up the intensity of the Crucible being a frantic and raging affair.

Just in time for the holiday season, "Destiny 2" gamers can enjoy new consumables, giving rewards to those they are playing with. In the game, Tess will be renewing her inventory every week. This will allow players to use Bright Dust reserves, especially for their holiday shopping.

"The Dawning" will be a special three-week event for "Destiny 2." Here, gamers will find exotic items like ship, ghost, sparrow, emote and more. Also, a themed legendary armor piece will be available. Gamers can also play 'Destiny'-style hockey with a huge puck and rink.

"Destiny 2's" "The Dawning" event will be running next week. It will start on Tuesday, Dec. 19, until Tuesday, Jan. 9, 2018 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Windows PC.
