'Dancing with the Stars' season 19 week 4: Betsey and Tony say goodbye

The fourth week of "Dancing with the Stars" season 19, with the theme "My Most Memorable Year," is something that many will long remember, and it will certainly be something that Alfonso Ribeiro and Witney Carson will not soon forget. The pair garnered a perfect 40 from the judges after they danced jazz to Tom Jones' "It's Not Unusual." It was in tribute to Ribeiro's years on the show "Fresh Prince of Bel Air," shown from 1990 to 1996.

However, the week was the final one for Betsey Johnson and Tony Dovolani. The couple danced the jive to "Love Will Keep Us Together," in commemoration of 1975, the year when Johnson's daughter Looloo was born. They earned 29 points, not the lowest score for the evening, but not enough to keep them on the roster.

The bottom marks went to Jonathan Bennett and Allison Holker. The pair received 24 points for their samba performance, dancing to a medley including "Milkshake" and "Jingle Bell Rock." The performance was a look back to 2004, Bennett's most memorable year because it was when he landed a role on "Mean Girls."

Here are the rest of the scores for the week:

  • Lea Thompson and Artem Chigvintsev (39 points) – contemporary number to "Dance with My Father," in memory of Thompson's father who lost his battle with cancer in 2003.
  • Sadie Robertson and Mark Ballas (37 points) – samba to Pharrell Williams' "Hunter," dedicated to the year 2012 when "Duck Dynasty" began.
  • Janel Parrish and Val Chmerkovskiy (36 points) – rumba to Sam Smith's "How Will I Know," in remembrance to 2002 when she moved from Hawaii to Los Angeles.
  • Bethany Mota and Derek Hough (32 points) – rumba dedicated to the year 2009 when she started making videos.
  • Antonio Sabato, Jr. and Cheryl Burke (29 points) – samba to Janet Jackson's "Love Will Never Do (Without You)" to commemorate 1989.
  • Tommy Chong and Peta Murgatroyd (28 points) – jive to Elvis Presley's "Jailhouse Rock," dedicated to the year 2003.
  • Micheal Waltrip and Emma Slater (25 points) – quickstep to commemorate 2001 when he won at the Daytona 500.

Next week, fans will see the remaining contestants take the Switch-Up Challenge, wherein the celebrities will dance with a different pro dancer.  "Dancing with the Stars" airs every Monday at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.
