Dancing with the Stars season 17 cast rumors: Leah Remini, Snooki, Valerie Harper, Amber Riley, and more

Latest rumors surrounding the cast of Dancing with the Stars include former Saved by the Bell stars Leah Remini and Elizabeth Berkley, reality-star Snooki, 74-year-old Emmy winner Valerie Harper, and Glee star Amber Riley. Singer Christina Milian and Jack Osbourne have also reporteldy signed on to hit the dance floor in September.

Sources confirmed to Us Weekly that Leah Remini, who recently made headlines for leaving the Church of Scientology, will be joining this season's lineup. Last month, the actress told the magazine: "I'm deciding to do something right now and we'll know in the next week. It will be television. It might be in the reality, sitcom world."

The full lineup and cast list for Dancing with the Stars season 17 will be revealed live on ABC's Good Morning America on September 4.

Rumors state that pro dancers returning to the show are Cheryl Burke, Peta Murgatroyd, Karina Smirnoff, Lindsay Arnold, Emma Slater, Derek Hough, Mark Ballas, Val Chmerkovskiy and Tony Dovolani.

Other names rumored to be joining this year's show include Teen Mom star Farrah Abraham, former baseball player Jason Varitek, Fullhouse star John Stamos, and actor Seth MacFarlane.

Paula Deen turned it down and in the past, and Stamos has ruled DWTS out, tweeting back in 2010: "I'm not doing 'Dancing With the Stars'. The eleventh hour confirmations are leaving everyone guessing.

Country music star Jo Dee Messina told fans via her Facebook page that she had met with ABC executives about appearing on DWTS but we are none the wiser as to whether she has actually signed up.

Pro dancer Kym Johnson will be skipping DWTS this year "to accept an amazing opportunity back in Australia." She confirmed this week that she will be joining the show's Australian version as a judge.

Johnson tweeted on Aug. 25: "So excited to share with you my new project, I will be a judge on DWTS Australia #istillcallaustraliahome."
