In the next episode of "Channel Zero," the duplicate of John Sleator (John Carroll Lynch) goes after Margot (Amy Forsyth) in the real world.
The new trailer for the upcoming installment titled "The Damage" was just released and showed John hunting down Margot in her house. Apparently, he wants to feed off her memories in order to survive. He does this by placing his hand on her head and absorbing her memories of her loved ones like her mother and sister. The memories then materialize from the ground through a mysterious black liquid. These human objects which are filled with strange red berries are then eaten by John. If he does not eat these then he will die, hence his hunting down of Margot.
"You're not supposed to be here," Seth (Jeff Ward) tells John angrily. Margot tries to run away from him as he stumbles on the staircase. At this point, John is beginning to look like a corpse as black liquid seeps out from his mouth. It remains to be seen if Seth and Margot will be able to escape from John or if they can get rid of him.
In the last episode, Margot, Seth, and Jules (Aisha Dee) went to the No-End House and were able to return to the real world from the alternate dimension. However, John followed them through the corn field and went into the house. He made his way to the real world where he was not supposed to be because he was not human.
Margot and Jules saw their car which they parked a block away and drove it back to their houses. They appear to be safe for the meantime, not knowing that there is danger ahead.
"Channel Zero: No-End House" season 2 episode 5 will air on Wednesday, Oct. 18 at 10 p.m. EDT on Syfy.
