Brad Pitt chooses film projects that are closer to Angelina Jolie and children?

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie broke up over a year ago, but it seems that the private lives of the two are still gaining quite a buzz. Currently, rumors are saying that the actor is making career choices based on the proximity of the filming location to his children.

Pitt, 53, is an award-winning actor and was featured in films shot in different parts of the world. The actor does not shy away from travel. It was evident in the variety of films he has starred in. He has participated in movies filmed in locations such as London ("Allied"), Germany ("Inglourious Basterds"), and even Japan and Morocco ("Babel").

However, rumor has it that Pitt is choosing projects shot closer to home. An anonymous source claims that the actor is trying to be as close as possible to his kids

The rumor started to gain traction when Pitt worked on "Ad Astra" and "Backseat." These two movies are being filmed in Santa Clarita, which is just north of Los Angeles.

Pitt's kids Maddox, 16 years old, Pax, 13, Zahara, 12, Shiloh, 11, and twins Knox and Vivienne, 9, are, of course, in Los Angeles. It would seem that the actor is indeed considering how close he would be to Jolie and the children when taking on new film projects.

However, Gossip Cop debunked the rumors, claiming that it was merely a coincidence that "Ad Astra" was shot near Los Angeles. The location was not specifically chosen so that Pitt could work "closer to home." Furthermore, they argued that an experienced actor such as Pitt would know how to balance his work and personal life.

The outlet also called out other rumors about Pitt and Jolie that seem to persist in the media, such as the former couple getting back together again.
