'Arrow' Season 6 Episode 17 release date, spoilers: Oliver and Diggle try to solve the biggest challenge of their lives

More challenges await Team Arrow as the CW's "Arrow" season 6 returns next week. The latest scoop on episode 17 shows that Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) and Diggle (David Ramsey) will find themselves in trouble as the enemies work harder to bring down Star City. 

"Arrow" season 6 episode 17, titled "Brothers in Arms," will see Oliver and Diggle working together to solve a problem that threatens to affect everyone around them. There is no exact details about this problem that the two will try to get out of, although it appears to be serious enough to get both Oliver and Diggle worked up. 

"OLIVER MAKES A DARING MOVE THAT COULD COST HIM EVERYTHING — Oliver and Diggle face their biggest challenge yet. Curtis (Echo Kellum) is disappointed to find out his new boyfriend has a firm anti-vigilante stance," episode 17 official plot synopsis states.

As mentioned, the upcoming episode will let the fans learn more about Curtis' personal life, especially that her new boyfriend's opinion on vigilantism could push her over the edge. It has yet to be seen if she will value her new relationship over vigilante life, knowing that Curtis will not allow her current relationship to go downhill following her recent breakup.

The fans will need to wait another week to watch the new episode of "Arrow" season 6 as the TV show has entered a hiatus. The next episode, titled "The Thanatos Guild," will air on March 29th at 9 p.m. EST. The said episode will deal with the League of Assassins as the group searches for an important relic that is now in Thea's (Willa Holland) possession. Guest star Katrina Law will also make a comeback in the episode as Nyssa al Ghul, relaying the warning about the League of Assassin's arrival to Team Arrow. Meanwhile, episode 17, "Brothers in Arms," will be released on April 5. Aside from Amell, "Arrow" season 6 also stars Emily Bett Rickards as Felicity Smoak.
