Verra Cruz making waves in the musical mainstream

The signs are all there; the toxic buzz about Verra Cruz is leaking with ever-increasing
pace.

After a sensational show at the Download Festival in the middle of June the band have
been riding high on the wave of good feeling. The result? A triple-bill of good things.

First up, the single. A double A-side of She Don't Want Him/Not In The Fire gets released on 11th August.

XFM are happy about it, cranking up the airplay and doing their bit to champion the band that recently won the Gibson Unsigned competition.

Next comes the release of the album, 'Innocence' on August 18th. As the band's second album, 'Innocence' has already been doing the business on the underground, cementing the band's reputation for creating songs that both rage and soar with every phrase and melody.

Finally Verra Cruz have announced they are to headline at Camden's Underworld on
August 14.

You want one more hint of the leak? Try this: Total Guitar profiled the trio while at
Download and Kerrang! are covering them with a new artist feature. They're even
chucking in a photo shoot too.
