TLC recently announced that their newest house-hunting show, "Buying Naked," will debut on June 28. The reality programme will follow nudist couples looking for homes in Pasco County, Florida.

Real estate agent Jackie Youngblood helps the families find properties around the city known as the "nudist capital of the United States", as it is home to several nudist parks, subdivisions, and resorts.

Youngblood is herself a nudist but wears clothes on the programme as she shows couples around properties.

She has had success tapping into a niche housing market.

"I myself am a nudist, and I decided to get my real estate licenses since my husband and I were investors," she told Fox 411. "I handle the non-nudist or the 'textile' world as well but my main market is the nudist—or clothing optional—market."

She also explained some of the rules to follow when interacting with the nudist community.

"You make eye contact. You don't stare. You don't giggle and of course nudists carry towels everywhere they go," Youngblood said.

"You have to do research on the nudists and nudist communities and respect and be ethical.

"It is of the utmost importance that you respect [them]."

"Buying Naked" Executive Producer Mike Kane described how the network plans to film the nude clients.

"We didn't want to have a show that was completely blurred the whole way through," he told Fox 411.

"You will see bare rear ends. We don't have to blur those but you will not see anything else other than that. We have either creatively blocked it [or blurred it]... but it never goes any further than just the rear ends."

He also explained that the programme is not airing for shock value, but to showcase a unique life choice.

"What TLC always does so well, is look at a certain lifestyle that people aren't as familiar with, and at the end of the day, when you see the families that we focus on—we are taking an honest look, we're not doing it to be salacious," he said.

"These are real people and they are likable people and you start to understand: 'While I don't do this myself [I understand why they do], and they seem like they are having a great time doing this.'"

"Buying Naked", rated TV-14, will air June 28 at 10pm on TLC.
