Thursday Night Football live stream: Watch online Broncos vs Chargers free [NFLN start time]

Thursday Night Football takes place tonight and features the powerhouse Denver Broncos against the San Diego Chargers. The big game will take place at the Sports Authority Field and holds postseason implications.

The game will commence at 8.25 p.m. EST and will be broadcast on the NFL Network. Alternatively the game can be watched online through live stream – free on NFLN – via the link provided below.

The Broncos are 11-2 and have already secured a playoff berth. However, if they win tonight and the Chiefs lose to the Raiders on Sunday, then Denver will be guaranteed to take the AFC West division title.

Denver are also trying to win out the season to guarantee themselves a top seeding in the AFC playoffs.

Meanwhile San Diego are on 6-7 and will be desperate to cause a big upset today. They managed to take down the Kansas City Chiefs a few weeks back, and if they can win tonight they will keep their postseason dreams alive. They will likely have to win out the season and then gain help from other results; the Baltimore Ravens and Miami Dolphins will have to lose out.

However, tonight if the Chargers lose and Miami win at the weekend then San Diego will effectively be eliminated from the postseason picture. So they are hanging on by a thin thread tonight.

They will have to deal with the mighty Peyton Manning at quarterback for the Broncos. He has been immense this season, and if they cannot keep him quiet then this could end ugly tonight in a bad way for San Diego.
