Thursday Night Football live stream: How to watch Redskins vs Vikings online [Preview, TV start time]

The Washington Redskins will go on the road for Thursday Night Football tonight to face the Minnesota Vikings. Last season this would have been a mouth-watering match up, but this term both teams are struggling badly with a combined record of 4-12. However, perhaps the desperation of both teams could make this an interesting game, and both teams undoubtedly have a host of skillful players that could turn this game their team's way.

Thursday Night Football is scheduled to start tonight at 8.25 p.m. EST and will be broadcast on the NFL Network. The game will also be available to watch online via a live stream through the link provided below.

The Vikings can already kiss this season goodbye; at 1-7 their playoff hopes are slim to none. They are bottom of the NFC North, with all other teams locked in a three-way tie on 5-3. However, Minnesota will still want to make a significant improvement over the second half of this season, and get some wins to lift them closer to .500. That though, is a long way off.

The Redskins are struggling as well, but on 3-5 and being in the painfully inconsistent NFC East, they are third and only marginally behind the 4-5 Philadelphia Eagles, and the 5-4 Dallas Cowboys.

Washington have been extremely inconsistent this season, and they have yet to win back to back games. Robert Griffin III has optimized that inconsistency, and he has not posted a passer rating of 80 or above in two consecutive weeks.

The Vikings have been more consistent, however, losing week after week is nothing to boast about, and they will want to snap their losing streak tonight.

Thursday Night Football will start at 8.25 p.m. EST and can be watched by clicking here.
