'The Young and The Restless': Phyllis' revenge, Stitch kisses Ashley, Dylan and Avery face relationship setback

Genoa City is too small a place to handle the things that are going to happen this week on "The Young and the Restless." Each character's storyline will be followed and there will be no stone unturned this week.

Here's what happens on "Y&R" from Oct. 20 to 24.

Ian comes back

While there is an ongoing investigation on Ian's disappearance, Ian resurfaces and finds himself in Nikki's suite. Dylan wants to save Nikki from Ian and from the harm he can cause her.

Dylan and his past

Dylan is feeling anxious about saving Nikki.  However, he must also confront his past. Later, Dylan meets Joe and he suspects Joe's real motives for being in Genoa City.

Joe creating trouble

No one knows why Joe is in town, but something tells viewers that it's for no good reason. According to Soap Central, Joe gets down to business later in the week and creates trouble for Dylan and Avery. He might just succeed with his plans when Avery and Dylan face some relationship setback.

Victor's betrayal

Victor wants Phyllis to owe him a debt of gratitude for what he did. But Jack discovers the truth about Victor's motives. They know the truth about the experimental treatment and that Summer's signature was used to approve the treatment. Summer and Jack confront Victor about his tactic and betrayal.

Phyllis' revenge

Phyllis is now living in reality, and one dose of truth she discovers is Austin and Summer's relationship. Phyllis is furious knowing that the two are both married. Phyllis tells Summer to end the marriage.

Further, Phyllis believes that it's the perfect time to take her revenge on Sharon, so she comes up with a plan to do it. Visiting Madam Isadora could be part of her plan.

Stitch kisses her boss

Stitch and Ashley work on a secret project. But during a conversation, Ashley opens up about her problems and Stitch kisses her. Abby and Victoria catch the two kissing.

Other spoilers

Neil wants to be intimate with Hilary but Hilary finds it weird to do so. Hilary avoids Neil and Neil asks her why. Furthermore, Kelly is worried about Phyllis' return and Victoria makes a startling discovery.
