The London Community Gospel Choir at The Shard

With spectacular views behind them, the LCGC sang their heart out at The View at The Shard to highlight their involvement in the forthcoming Chorus festival at London's Southbank Centre from 4 to 6 May 2013.

The choir was founded by the Reverend Bazil Meade and celebrates its 30th anniversary this year. Part of the celebrations include performances at the Chorus festival at the Southbank Centre over the Bank Holiday Weekend. To drum up excitement, they gave a performance at The View at The Shard.

The LCGC will be holding a special concert at the Royal Festival Hall on Sunday 5 May during which they will attempt to break the Guinness World Record for the number of people in a gospel choir singing together in concert conditions.
