The world within the game of "The Evil Within 2" can be hard to navigate but with some tips and tricks, the player will likely be able to get the upper hand in any horrific situation.

There are a number of guidelines that players can follow in order to make their way around zombie-infested Union. It is not enough just to pick up guns and shoot away at the enemy. It is also important to survive as long as possible to get to the next challenge.

First of all, always use the Communicator and keep it close. This device can guide the character to important objectives as well as collectibles. Not only that, it can also direct the player to ammunition and much-needed supplies. The Communicator can also help the player find other points of interests around Union. Waypoints can also be set just in case there is trouble so that the character can get out of sticky situations.

One good tip is to run whenever the player encounters big trouble with zombies. If the enemy is too tough and cannot be easily killed, it is best to just run from the situation and fight another day. Always remember to Retreat, Regroup, and Re-engage.

Next, the crates and boxes are not lying around just for nothing. In most cases, there is always something in them and sometimes they may contain something of great value and importance. Therefore, a player should always break the crates that are scattered around the area. They may contain valuable ammunition or crafting supplies.

Another good trick is to punch all vending machines that the character comes across in Union. These machines are not just salad dressing in the game but can actually be very useful. They may contain some important supplies. A player can also interact with them and earn rewards like green gel or gun parts.
