A gossip website recently tried to stir up a storm, claiming that sexy model Roni Rose, who is a huge fan of the Golden State Warriors, was trying to seduce Golden State's leading player Stephen Curry from her courtside seat.

She was pictured by Bossip looking directly at Curry, and social media went wild with accusations that Rose was trying to steal Curry away from his wife Ayesha, according to The Christian Post.

Many fans told Ayesha to be cautious of Rose.

However, when Bossip asked Ayesha if she would confront Rose over her alleged attempt to seduce her husband, she defended Rose and chastised the one who started the malicious rumour instead.

"What I think is you need to leave her alone. They've been supporting the dubs for a long time. Stop judging. It's irrelevant," she writes on her Twitter account (@ayeshacurry).

Rose was so grateful for Ayesha's defence that she took a screenshot of the basketball wife's reply and posted it on her Instagram page (@getit_rose). "Soooo @ayeshacurry just made my day!!! Thanks for setting it straight. Now let's get this win!!!! Go Warriors."

Ayesha, who is an aspiring chef, has actually faced a lot of criticism on social media. After bagging a Food Network show and a new cookbook deal, many people have accused her of riding on the wave of her husband's success. However, Ayesha knows her own strengths and talents, and believes her work will speak for itself.

"It's weird because I feel like I'm still spending time fighting off the naysayers who think I only have these opportunities because of Stephen. While I'm clearly aware that he has helped me get through the door, I have to walk through that door and I feel like I have the talent to be here. So it has been fun to prove people wrong," she told ESPNW.
