While the specs sheet of the rumored Samsung Galaxy S7 Active has already been up for some time now, fans have yet to confirm when the new phone is coming out. Speculations say that AT&T is planning a June 10 launch for the new flagship addition.

According to TechTimes, while there have been many leaks about the Galaxy S7 Active to date, AT&T has yet to confirm if there is a version launching soon. However, the industry follower believes that an Active version of the current Samsung Galaxy S7 flagship is soon to come out. Samsung and AT&T have been known to collaborate on Active versions of the Galaxy S series starting with the Galaxy S4 Active in 2013. There are also Active versions of the Galaxy S5 and the Galaxy S6.

In addition, the supposed specs sheet of the Galaxy S7 Active has already made its way online, ahead of the supposed June 10 launch. VentureBeat says that aside from the body design, the Active version is similar to the base model of the Galaxy S7 lineup. This means that the AT&T exclusive will have the same 5.1-inch Super AMOLED screen like the Galaxy S7 and the previous Galaxy S6 Active, with 1440 x 2560 resolution. Under the hood, the Galaxy S7 Active will also feature the same Snapdragon 820 processor, paired with 4GB of RAM. There is a 32GB internal storage, and like the base model, it will be expandable via microSD support. The Galaxy S7 Active will also come out with Android Marshmallow right out of the box.

Based on the supposed leaked images of the new flagship iteration, the Galaxy S7 Active will have a rugged look like the previous Active versions of the Galaxy S lineup.
