Playstation Plus March 2016 free games prediction: 'Bro Force' is fan favorite in Vote to Play program

While PlayStation owners currently enjoy the February lineup of free games, some fans can't help but anticipate the upcoming month's list of free downloads that will come for the PS Plus program. Recent speculations suggest that "Bro Force" will be one of these titles, as the game is slowly emerging as a fan favorite in the ongoing Vote to Play program.

According to The Bit Bag, it seems that Sony has made the right call in featuring the Vote to Play option for upcoming PS Plus free games. For the month of March, the industry follower said that "Bro Force" is leading in votes as a possible free game for the PS Plus program. Some of the commenters told the observer that "Bro Force" may be a popular choice for gamers since it looks to be parodies of 1980s action films and a nod to classic side-scroller action titles.

Meanwhile, aside from "Bro Force," players get to choose one among three games to make it to the March lineup of PS Plus free games list. The other two games which players can vote for are "Assault Android Cactus" and "Action Henk." In the Vote to Play announcement on the U.S. PlayStation blog, "Assault Android Cactus" is listed as an arcade-like 2D shooter. Meanwhile, "Action Henk" is a classic platformer described as "a fast-paced running, jumping, and butt-sliding platformer in a glorious 3D, toy filled world!"

The poll for the Vote to Play program lasts from Feb. 9 to Feb. 22. Players will need to log on to the PlayStation Network and check out the PlayStation Plus option in the PS4 home menu. Meanwhile, it is unclear if the Vote to Play program will be a regular option for upcoming PS Plus free games for the month as Polygon noted that prior to the current poll, the last voting for PS Plus games was made in August last year.
