Prince Harry, Meghan Markle wedding date, latest news: Royal spotted caroling with ex Cressida Bonas

Since their engagement, fans and spectators of the famous couple Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have been eagerly waiting for the announcement of their grand wedding.

Unfortunately, there is still no official word regarding the highly-anticipated date. Clarence House, the London residence of Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall, earlier announced that the wedding would take place in spring of next year.

Interestingly, The Sun reported that it would happen on Saturday, May 26. However, it remains to be seen if the said date is true. If ever it falls on a Saturday, it would be breaking a long-standing royal tradition of weekday weddings. Britons would miss the chance of having a paid holiday. Nevertheless, May 26 would kick off the spring bank holiday weekend which would give Brits the Monday off work.

It is expected that official news about the date will unfold sooner rather than later.

In related news, Harry was spotted caroling at St. Luke's Church on Tuesday with a couple of famous people to raise money for a special cause. One person who was at the special carol service was his ex-girlfriend Cressida Bonas who he dated for two years back in 2012. The English actress and model is the youngest daughter of Lady Mary-Gaye Curzon and entrepreneur Jeffrey Bonas.

Harry was without his fiancée, Markle, who was back in the United States to spend time with her mom Doria Radlan. She will then return to the United Kingdom to spend Christmas with the royal family at Sandringham.

Others in attendance were Harry's sister-in-law Kate's mom Carole and her sister Pippa Middleton. Bonas, who wore a stunning blue coat, gave a reading at the service. Pippa wore a checkered coat, black pants and ankle boots. Carole was in all black and smiling from ear to ear.
