Japanese magazine CoroCoro has released a scan for a new title in the Pokémon series that will be out later this summer.
The Band of Thieves and 1000 Pokémon was spotted on CoroCoro by PokeJungle but it looks like, for now at least, the title will not be releasing beyond Japan.
It is due out in Japan only on June 5 free of charge and the timing has most likely been chosen to drum up interest around the release of the new Pokémon movie, Diancie and the Cocoon of Destruction.
The film is releasing to theatres just a few weeks later on July 19.
According to PokeJungle, the StreetPass feature will allow players to gather more Pokémon which they can then use to battle the thieves.
The thieves are based on the movie characters Riot and Marilyn and whoever collects the most Pokémon wins the battles.
Although there is no word on this yet, it's possible the Band of Thieves and 1000 Pokémon may release beyond Japan to coincide with the release of Diancie and the Cocoon of Destruction in North American and European theatres.
