The "Assassin's Creed" (AC) franchise is one video game that has been going strong for years so it is not surprising for people to expect news of its next installment to come out soon. Apparently, there have been recent reports about alleged leaks of the new game. While their authenticity has not been confirmed, many AC fans are still delighted to hear would want to hear.

The leak is not like other game leaks that came from sources. This one came from an interpretation of a survey that was given out by Ubisoft. The survey was mainly for fan feedback but a few questions and choices were deemed interesting as they pointed out future possible settings and storylines and gameplay mechanics.

Each question provides a lot of choices. As noted by TheCodex, the next game could go as far back the Black Death in the Hundred Years War or even back to the Peloponnesian War during Classical Greece. There are also several choices for conquests including William the Conqueror and England or the one of Alexander the Great.

There is also the possible storyline of the rise of the Roman and Empire or how Hannibal invaded Rome. Other options even include Asian storylines including the different dynasties in China, Feudal Japan, or even about Genghis Khan and the Mongols.

As for its gameplay mechanics, Ubisoft knows that there is a lot they could still improve on and even add from their previous games. From creating their own weapons using different materials to upgrading armor and even customizing then, players could even try making their own combat style.

While there is no dominant one, fans could expect that one of these will be the next game. If not, then maybe the next game after that. The "Assassin's Creed" franchise still has a lot to cover and fans could only hope for more installments in the years to come.
