According to the game mechanics, players can be unlocked via card packs. All of them can also have new moves by including them in the lineup so they can gain XP.

Each match will feature a two-on-two matchup. Gamers can choose which players will form part of their team.

Earlier, Operation Sports revealed that shooting, dunking, and defense are not only the things that you can expect to do on "NBA Playgrounds." The game also comes with a "Lottery Pick" system, wherein they can get short-term bonuses such as extra inches to dunk, super speed shoes, and an increase in shooting percentage.

"NBA Playgrounds" will have over 200 players from the current and previous league rosters once it rolls out in May. It can be purchased digitally for $20. The game is playable on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
