Integrity has today released The Action Bible remixed, a collection of modern worship songs reworked with an electronic twist by producer Victor "Liquid" Oquendo.
The collection features remixes of popular songs by the likes of Israel Houghton, Martin Smith, Rend Collective, Worship Central and Desperation Band.
Special guests include KJ52, DJ Maj, Canton Jones and Milton Young.
The songs selected for the 10-track album were inspired by The Action Bible: God's Redemptive Story, the children's picture Bible that has sold nearly a million copies.
Published by David C Cook, the hugely successful version has been translated into 23 languages and contains illustrations by renowned Marvel and DC Comics artist Sergio Cariello (Batman, Spiderman, Superman, Iron-Man, Wonder Woman, Fantastic-Four).
The songs resonate with particular themes. Rend Collective's "Build Your Kingdom Here" ties in with the passages on the birth of a saviour, while Israel Houghton's "Friend of God" complements the story of Samson.
