Monday Night Football live stream [schedule] 2013: how to watch online Seahawks vs Rams [ESPN start time, preview]

Monday Night Football between the Seattle Seahawks and the St Louis Rams takes place tonight in an all-NFC West showdown between these two fierce rivals. The Rams have struggled somewhat so far this season, but there would be no medicine better than a win against the Seahawks to get their season back on track.

The game will start at 8.40 p.m. ET and will be broadcast on ESPN. Alternatively the game can also be watched online through live stream – free for subscribers to ESPN – via the link provided below.

The Rams are currently bottom of the NFC West with a 3-4 record, and it will be a case of top vs bottom tonight, with the Seahawks flying high at the top of the division with a 6-1 record.

These two teams always put on an electric show when they face off, and that should be the case today despite the absence of Rams quarterback Sam Bradford, who was injured badly last week in Carolina and will now miss the rest of the season.

Both Monday Night Football and Game 5 of the MLB World Series will be taking place in St Louis tonight, and that should help bring out an atmosphere across the city for tonight's big game.

However, the Rams may struggle tonight against the Seahawks. The Rams have the 30th ranked offense in the league, where as Seattle have the second ranked defense. That gap may just be too much to close tonight and the Seahawks will be confident they can come away with the win tonight.
