Episode 20 of the latest season of "Modern Family" will feature the characters showing their support for the women's movement.

Titled "All Things Being Equal," the episode will show Gloria (Sophia Vergara), Claire (Julie Bowen), Haley (Sarah Hyland), Alex (Ariel Winter), Lily (Aubrey Anderson-Emmons), Luke (Nolan Gould), and Manny (Rico Rodriguez) supporting the movement for gender equality in their own unique ways. They may end up clashing as their concepts of women's movement and equality are quite different from one another.

Meanwhile, Jay (Ed O'Neill) and Phil (Ty Burrell) may have a disagreement of their own because of the way Joan (Niecy Nash), their parking lot attendant, does her job. Elsewhere, Cameron (Eric Stonestreet) will become jealous of Mitchell (Jesse Tyler Ferguson) when Pam (Dana Powell) shows that she prefers the latter helping her take care of a baby.

Episode 21, meanwhile, will feature Mitchell and Jay going away to find temporary respite from their family, only to discover that they ended up staying at the same resort. Titled "Alone Time," the episode will also tackle Phil and Claire struggling with empty-nest syndrome because all their children will be leaving home, given that Luke is set to leave after graduation for college, Alex is staying at a dorm, and Haley is also having her own life. Cameron, meanwhile, will visit Gloria and will attempt to give her a hand while Mitch is away from home.

Little detail has been revealed about the eighth season's finale, which will air on May 17. The only information that has been revealed by the network about the episode is that it will be titled "The Graduates," and it will feature the high school graduation of Manny and Luke.

Episode 20 of season 8 will air on May 3, Wednesday, at 9 p.m. EDT on ABC. Episode 21, meanwhile, will air on May 10.
