"Legends of Tomorrow" is coming in 2016, and with just a few months remaining before its debut, fans are already wondering who will actually end up in the show.

As of now, there's a confirmed list of characters coming to the show, as well as a whole host of other rumored names that may be more fan wishes at this point, although they too could end up being featured in "Legends of Tomorrow."

Starting with the confirmed list of characters of the show, both Hawkgirl and Hawkman are expected to be prominently featured in "Legends of Tomorrow." Also showing up will be some characters who will undoubtedly be familiar to fans of both "Arrow" and "The Flash," as names such as Atom, Captain Cold, Firestorm, Heat Wave, White Canary and also Rip Hunter have already been confirmed for "Legends of Tomorrow," according to Geek.

That does it for the list of confirmed characters, but there are other names also being thrown out there as possible stars of "Legends of Tomorrow."

For instance, five superheroes from the DC universe are rumored to become part of the show, and those will be Blue Beetle, Booster Gold, Doctor Fate, Katana, and also The Question.

The list does not end there, however, as more names such as Arsenal, Connor Hawke, Jonah Hex, and Killer Frost are also being rumored for "Legends of Tomorrow," according to Yibada.

Fans who want to get a hint of what "Legends of Tomorrow" will be like before it officially debuts can tune in to upcoming episodes of "Arrow" and "The Flash" airing in December that will be laying the groundwork for the new show.

The two episodes, aptly titled "Legends of Today" and "Legends of Yesterday," will be airing on consecutive nights beginning Dec. 1.

"Legends of Tomorrow" is currently rumored to debut in January 2016.
