Fans of "Legend of Korra" believed that Hiroshi Sato met his demise when he was defeated by Asami. However, Book 4 of "Legend of Korra" may mark the return of Sato. Apparently, he hasn't been killed yet, and he will be making his return in the new season.

Actor Daniel Dae Kim, who plays Sato, confirmed the news via a Reddit AMA. He clearly stated that "he'll be back" which got everyone thinking that Sato is, indeed, alive and kicking. Nonetheless, there is still no official announcement from the creators of the series about this information.

Surely, Kim knows what his character is up to, so fans can all take this news with glee. After all, Sato wasn't killed, he was just thrown into jail. Plus, Sato is such a clever person that making his escape from jail should prove not to be that challenging, given that he comes from the Sato clan, known for being technology benders.

As for Zaheer, he was also thrown in jail in Book 3. But Zaheer is an airbender who can control the winds. It's highly doubtful that jail can hold someone like him in for that long. Not to mention, Zaheer is also a martial arts expert and only a few jails can keep someone like that. It will be interesting to see where they'll put Zaheer to make sure he doesn't escape.

Another important character in "Legend of Korra" Book 4 is Kuvira. Kuvira is an independent girl, but it could be hard for her not to accept the technological benefits of having Sato on her side. Hence, the two might work together in the new season.

Right now, nothing is really sure yet, but iDigitalTimes says that there's a chance the once bad boy Sato will become a good guy now.

"Legend of Korra" Book 4 premieres on Oct. 3.
