Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom call off divorce, says report

Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom have reportedly called off their divorce. According to TMZ, Kardashian's lawyer, Laura Wasser went before a judge on Wednesday, Oct. 21 and asked to withdraw papers the pair signed earlier this year to end their marriage.

The judge reportedly granted Wasser's request. The outlet also reported that sometime during the former NBA player's hospital stay in Nevada, the two allegedly agreed to give their marriage another chance.

The pair was married for four years before Kardashian filed for divorce in 2013. Earlier this year, it was reported that the star had begun dating NBA player James Harden, but when Odom was found unconscious at a Nevada brothel last week and rushed to the Sunrise Hospital in Las Vegas, Kardashian flew out to be by her estranged husband's side. As they are still technically married, Kardashian was the one who was making medical decisions for Odom. She and her mother, Kris Jenner, are also said to have arranged for the 35-year-old to be transferred to Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles so that they could be near him.

While it was reported that the basketball star was doing better and has started talking again, TMZ reported that on Thursday, Oct. 22, Odom had to undergo two emergency surgeries and that both procedures involved chest issues. Since the surgeries, doctors have allegedly turned all visitors away and permitted only Kardashian to see him. The procedures are said to have put Odom in a "fragile mental state" and the website reports that he has been emotional and very upset at this setback to his recovery.

A source told Us Magazine that the reality star loves Odom "so much" and that "she takes their wedding vows—for better or worse, in sickness and in health—extremely seriously."

"This is a huge wakeup call for Lamar, for his friends and family," the insider told the magazine. "Everyone is just really hoping for the best."
