Not all the fans of the Duggar family from "19 Kids and Counting" know that Jim Bob and Michelle's large family almost became "20 Kids and Counting" five years ago had Michelle not suffered from a miscarriage.

The Christian couple announced back on Nov. 8, 2011 that Michelle was carrying their 20th child, but sadly, she miscarried a month later. They named the stillborn child Jubilee Shalom, which means celebration and peace. They even held a memorial service for her.

Jim Bob and Michelle's second eldest daughter Jill recalled Jubilee a few days ago and shared a touching Instagram post (@jillmdillard) about her.

"5 years ago today my mom gave birth to my youngest little sister, Jubilee Shalom Duggar and Jesus welcomed her home to Heaven! She is a testimony to every life being beautiful; at 18 weeks gestation, she was a beautiful baby with little blue eyes, 10 fingers & 10 toes! She weighed 4 oz. and was 6 inches long," Jill lovingly wrote. "We miss you Jubilee and look forward to meeting you one day in Heaven!"

Jill, who is now a mother herself to Israel David Dillard, also shared the Bible verse Job 1:21. The verse is a good reminder how God's plan is always sovereign. It reads, "Naked I came from my mother's womb, and naked I will depart. The Lord gave and the Lord has taken away; may the name of the Lord be praised."

Jill and her husband Derick Dillard have started their own family ministry in Central America, but they are currently home for the holidays.

On their blog, Derick wrote that even though they are back in Arkansas, they are still keeping themselves busy. "While we are stateside in the U.S. for this brief time, we want to continue to make the most of both our time and resources," he shared. "Jill and I are taking Bible classes, sharing the story of our mission with people in the U.S. and preparing to return to Central America. Your support is helping make this possible. When our schedule allows, I'm also working a number of jobs in between for additional support of my family."
