iOS 9.2.1 jailbreak release date: iOS 9.3 jailbreak tool comming soon as fans still wait for iOS 9.2.1 jailbreak

The latest iOS jailbreak tool from Pangu Pangu

News of a jailbreak version for iOS 9.2.1 has been around for a while, yet fans are still waiting for the version to appear for download. Meanwhile, it is said that with the iOS 9.3 beta already out, the jailbreak version of the latest Apple platform will not take long to arrive.

According to N4BB, a hacker reportedly managed to hack the beta version of the iOS 9.3 beta and promised to publicly upload the jailbreak tool once the official full version of iOS 9.3 is released.

This is in contrast to words from another developer, Luca Todesco, who previously announced that he already has a working jailbreak version of the iOS 9.3, and even iOS 9.2 and 9.2.1, but will not upload them publicly. Allegedly, Todesco only released his announcement to let fans know that the jailbreak versions can be done and the claims that the development teams' delay in releasing the jailbreak due to "stringent security measures" are unfounded.

Apple stated that it has already managed to patch loopholes in the new versions of its iOS platform. This dovetails with the speculations that the jailbreak versions of iOS 9.2 and 9.2.1 are not yet released because of this development.

Meanwhile, GottaBeMobile mentioned that while it may seem plausible that development teams like PanGu and TaiG are still waiting for the full version of iOS 9.3 before releasing the iOS jailbreak, it doesn't make sense for the development teams to wait that long. With the iOS 9.3 beta already out, it can be expected that the official version will be out anytime soon, and if the jailbreak versions for the iOS 9.2.1 and iOS 9.3 arrive simultaneously, fans will most likely get the more recent of the two.

However, it can also be said that the jailbreak versions will have unique advantages even if they arrive simultaneously. While the jailbreak version of iOS 9.3 is the more current, the 9.2.1 iOS jailbreak is expected to be the more stable of the two, seeing as it is based on the full version of the official Apple platform.
