Good news to fans waiting for the rollout of HTC's newest flagship, the HTC 10. According to reports, the unlocked version of the flagship will start arriving in the U.S. this week.

According to Phone Arena, a noted tipster took to social media to reveal that the unlocked version of the HT0 flagship will arrive in the U.S. this week. This is good news for waiting fans, particularly for those who are subscribed to AT&T. The mobile carrier has not yet confirmed if it will be carrying the new flagship. Meanwhile, those who subscribed to the mobile carrier but want to check out the HTC 10 can get the unlocked version once it becomes available, since the flagship is compatible with the operator's LTE network.

Aside from the unlocked version though, other U.S. carriers have already confirmed that they will be featuring the HTC 10 as one of their listed flagship models. In fact, another major operator, Verizon, has already started the pre-orders for the new HTC flagship, and it stated that it will start shipping out by May 5. According to some observers, the Big Red has an early May exclusivity for the HTC 10 until May 10.

Meanwhile, following Verizon Wireless, Sprint has also announced that it will be carrying the HTC 10 starting May 13. The mobile carrier added that the HTC 10's LTE feature is a big advantage for the Sprint network, since it is highly compatible with their LTE Plus feature. The announcement declared, "Carrier aggregation, a feature of LTE Plus, creates a wider lane that allows more network traffic to travel at higher rates, enabling Sprint to provide customers even faster data speeds."

Sprint also added that having the HTC 10 on their network carries the highest benefit, since "According to Sprint's analysis of Nielsen Mobile Performance Data, the Sprint LTE Plus Network beat Verizon, AT&T and T-Mobile by delivering faster download speeds."
