There hasn't been any specific announcement made regarding the release date of "House of Cards," but one thing's for sure: the cast and crew are hard at work in filming season 3. In fact, Kevin Spacey and the gang were spotted in D.C. shooting scenes.

According to Fashion & Style, the "House of Cards" crew was seen at the FDR Memorial, George Washington University, and outside of DAR Constitution Hall. The photos surely make the wait more exciting.

So, what other news is there for Season 3? E! Online Spoiler chat dished out new spoilers for the new season, stating that there will be new faces to show up in D.C.  The publication said, "Will they be friend or foe?"  They're not telling, but they did say that fans can look forward to seeing a female doctor in her 40s named Dr. Buzdar, who is deemed as "very smart," as well as a "formdable" and "refined" Russian man named Anto Ivonovich.

Meanwhile, everyone's eager to know what will happen to Doug Stamper in season 3. In season 2, he was hit with a rock on his head and no one knows if he's going to make it. Entertainment Weekly asked Rachel Brosnahan what she knows about Doug Stamper.

"The last episode of the second season we didn't really know anything, I think they were still figuring things out when we were shooting," she said. "I don't think we know that he's dead yet. It cuts so quickly. I don't think we can say for sure that Stamper is dead."

She also added how happy she is working with Michael Kelly, "Michael [Kelly] and I had some conversations [about the ending moments]. He's very upset with me! It was some tough, crazy scenes in the woods, but I don't think I've ever worked with an actor that is so kind and positive all the time. Michael's amazing. He can't be dead!"

"House of Cards" Season 3 may be released on February 2015 since it has been the release date for the past two seasons. But right now, this is just speculation and nothing's been set on stone.
