The upcoming game "Horizon: Zero Dawn" has some surprises in store for its fans, including a Deluxe Edition for hardcore players.

In the announcement revealed at this year's Electronic Entertainment Expo, and also detailed on the U.S. PlayStation Blog, developer Guerilla Games confirmed that there are at least two special editions of "Horizon: Zero Dawn." There are also bonuses for the standard edition when fans place pre-orders for the game.

The regular edition of "Horizon: Zero Dawn" has the "Nora Machine Trapper Pack," an extra content pack for players. Exclusive to GameStop and EB customers, pre-orders of the game will also come with additional in-game upgrades that include an extra "Nora Lookout" outfit, as well as a modified "Nora Longshot" bow.

There are also two special editions for the upcoming post-apocalyptic role-playing game. For digital copies of the game, "Horizon: Zero Dawn" will come out with the Digital Deluxe Edition. This special edition comes with two sets of resource packs, outfits and weapons. There is also an exclusive PS4 theme included in the pack.

For serious fans and collectors, the "Horizon: Zero Dawn Collector's Edition" comes with both real-world and in-game bonuses. Aside from the game copy, the special edition contains two sets of outfits and weapons, as well as four sets of resource packs. The entire package comes in a special edition Steelbook Case with an exclusive cover artwork. Meanwhile, there is also a detailed 9-inch statue of main character Aloy commissioned by Gentle Giant.

Aside from the special edition announcement, the game also featured prominently at the E3 as Guerilla Games showcased a new gameplay trailer. The footage shows Aloy in the post-apocalyptic world of machine creatures and highlights the gameplay of the title.

The PS4 exclusive "Horizon: Zero Dawn" launches for the PlayStation 4 on Feb. 28, 2017.
