No solid information is available with the internal storage variation of these devices, but it is strongly speculated to offer a bigger capacity option of at least 64 GB. The publication also stated that the Google Nexus 2016 might be unveiled by October and with the price mentioned, could bring in a good sales record for the companies involved. It is believed that HTC are manufacturing both phones.

It was previously rumored not to offer a 64 GB variant, making it 32 GB and 128 GB variants, with no option to expand it. Previous models of Nexus devices do not offer a microSD slot.

Additionally, the phones is also rumored to contain 12 MP main and 8 MP secondary cameras will also come with it, as well as fingerprint scanner, USB-Type C port for fast charging and rear-facing bottom speakers, which is similar to last year's model.

Sailfish, will offer a 5-inch AMOLED screen with 1920 x 1080p FHD resolution and 2,770 mAh battery. The former is rumored to arrive with a metal unibody, while the latter will arrive with plastic.
