Justin Bieber released the music video for his latest single "Confident" to the excitement of fans around the world.

The 19-year-old's new track features Chance The Rapper. Throughout the new music video, Bieber follows a girl around before finally kissing her towards the end of the song.

The music video features 19-year-old Cailin Russo, the same actress who appeared in Justin's other video, "All That Matters."

'Beliebers' are hoping to break VEVO's record of 19 million views in 24 hours. This record was previously set by Miley Cyrus with her music video of 'Wrecking Ball."

Justin Bieber continues to promote business in the midst of his recent troubles with the law. Last week, the "Baby" singer was arrested for drag racing and on charges of DUI, and resisting arrest.

The singer appeared before a Miami judge via video in an orange jumpsuit.

His mugshot and arrest hit headline all around the world and his bail was set at $2500 on charges of DUI and resisting arrest.

Just after the music video's release, Bieber's manager Scooter Braun asked his fans to stop judging the singer's parents for his recent arrest. "For all those asking @JeremyBieber and @pattiemallette love their son," tweeted Braun. "Stop passing judgement on a situation u dont understand."
