SeithCG, the developer and publisher of the game "Ghost of a Tale," announced that the rat action role-playing game (RPG) is scheduled to leave Steam Early Access at the same day it will release properly to Microsoft Windows on March 13.

SeithCG announced the news on the game's official website on Feb. 26. Moreover, he said that the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 versions of the game will arrive later this year as the creator has a "very poor" internet connection that inhibits him from uploading huge files as fast as he wishes he can. SeithCG also pointed out that there are no plans to make a Nintendo Switch version of the game at the moment. This is because releasing to Switch require a complete re-tooling of all the visual features of "Ghost of a Tale." The creator remarked that if the game will be financially successful, there is a possibility of a Switch version as they may be able to afford to hire another studio to do all the necessary re-tooling for the version.

According to the Steam page of the game, the game is set in a medieval world inhabited by animals. The game features quests, elements of stealth, disguises and conversations with allies and enemies. Players take on the role of Tilo, a minstrel mouse in a dangerous adventure. Tilo is not much of a fighter so players must take advantage of his stealth and nimbleness whenever the rat is faced with enemies twice its size.

"Ghost of a Tale" will be available for download on Steam, GOG and Humble Bundle for $24.99. The game will remain at $19.99 until it leaves Early Access on March 13.
