"General Hospital" will be very busy this coming November and because of that, ABC has been keeping spoilers down. They want November to have explosive surprises for all their viewers, which will certainly happen given how dark the show has become with their storylines.

At any rate, Celeb Dirty Laundry managed to get some details about "GH" this week. Here are the spoilers from Oct. 20 to 24:

For weeks now, Nina has been teasing about Rosalie's secret and even blackmailed her. What is Rosalie hiding, aside from being an accomplice in a number of Nina's crimes? Spoilers say that Tuesday's episode will reveal Rosalie's secret.

Wednesday, Oct. 22

Jason Morgan returned to "General Hospital" with a very blurry memory. However, he starts to remember bits and pieces of what happened to him. He knows that Jordan was the one who ran him over, but could it be the truth? On Wednesday's episode, Jason will have a flashback of the events leading to his stay in the hospital.

Thursday, Oct. 23

For a while now, Tracy Quartermine wants to dig deep and know what really happened to her love, Luke Spencer. She went to Amsterdam and met with Jerry Jacks. After their talk, she is convinced that Luke has been kidnapped and she tries to save him.

Friday, Oct. 24

The last episode of the week will show Nina and Franco scheming together, which looks like the way they flirt with one another. As for Rosalie, she finds herself in another sticky situation. Someone wants to know where Ava Jerome is and she can't tell because she promised Morgan she wouldn't.
