'General Hospital' spoilers: Jason Morgan's car accident, Ava lies low

There are so many things happening in "General Hospital" this week that it would be crazy to miss even one episode. Without further ado, here are the spoilers for Sept. 29 to Oct. 3:

September 29

Tracy Quartermine wakes up with a realization and that is, Luke Spencer hasn't been the same lately. So Tracy wants to get more information based on her observation. She tries to know why Luke didn't return to Port Charles for Lulu's homecoming after she was kidnapped. She decides to set a meeting with Fake Luke on Monday.

September 30

Alexis does not need to look further to know who is Julian's boss. He discovers that Julian's boss is actually Fake Luke and she is shocked. According to Celeb Dirty Laundry, it will also be this episode that Franco will tell Nina about his engagement with Carly. However, Franco gets some unexpected surprise from Nina, when she tells him about Sonny and Carly cheating on him.

October 1

Jason Morgan finally returns to Port Charles, but he gets into an accident. Ava Jerome runs over him and he ends up in the hospital. Elizabeth stays beside Jason, who is a stranger to him. She grows more attached to Jason in the coming days. Also, this episode marks the faceoff between Sonny and Julian. And Ava tries to lie low so Corintho's men won't find her.

October 2

On Thursday, Patrick tells Sabrina that Ava might not be involved in the car accident after all. Patrick does tell her who he thinks did it. Sabrina feels guilty and doesn't know what to do. She gives Ava some pills.

October 3

There is an update regarding Jason's health and Elizabeth is notified. Jason will survive. Further, Sam and Patrick are digging into Fake Luke and trying to get their answers.

"General Hospital" airs every weekday on ABC at 2 p.m.
