During the San Diego Comic-Con 2014, major season 5 spoilers were unveiled and Prince Oberyn die-hard fans will love the news. Hollywood Reporter reports that several family members will be in season 5. The better news? They love weapons just as the prince did.
HBO unveiled the new key cast members to grace the screen of "Game of Thrones" in the upcoming new season. In introducing the new characters and cast, HBO presented a teaser reel with the actors introducing themselves.
Who will be joining "GOT" season 5?
Doran Martell
Alexander Siddig plays Doran Martell. He is the ruler of Dorne and the older brother of Oberyn. He is known to be even-tempered, but that might change once he discovers the death of his younger brother. Siddig is known for his role as Dr. Bashir on "Star Trek: Deep Space Nine."
Trystane Martell
Tony Sebastian plays Trystane Martell. He is the heir to the throne of Dorne and is Doran's son. Cersei's daughter Myrcella is bethrothed to Trystane. And with Oberyn's brutal death going around in Dorne, Myrcella's life may be at risk. In related news, Myrcella will be played by Nell Tiger Free.
Areo Hotah
DeObia Oparei will play Areo Hotah, the captain guard at Doran's palace. Areo Hotah is very skilled in using the longaxe.
Yezzan
Enzo Cilenti plays Yezzen. He is a wealthy slaver, but that was before Daenerys "outlawed the trade."
Nymeria Sand
Jessica Henwick plays Nymeria Sand, the second to the eldest bastard of Prince Oberyn. Nymeria or Nym is skilled at using the whip. She is a cultured woman.
Tyene Sand
Rosabell Laurenti Sellers plays Tyene Sand, the other bastard daughter of Oberyn. She is highly skilled at using twin daggers.
Obara Sand
Keisha Castle-Hughes plays Obara Sand, the eldest bastard daughter of the late prince. She is also a fierce warrior.
High Sparrow
Jonathan Pryce plays High Sparrow. He is pious and always want to help the poor. He might get into Cersei's radar in King's Landing.
