People are really invested in the lives of the Duggar family from "Counting On," so much so that they celebrate their birthdays with them and happily anticipate the arrival of the Duggar grandkids.

For now, Joy-Anna Duggar is carrying her first baby with husband Austin Forsyth. The pregnancy has been going along well, but a recent Instagram (@austinandjoyforsyth) post made by the Christian couple had some fans curious and worried.

In the photo, Joy-Anna and Austin were seen taking a selfie inside a helicopter. "Heading down to Mississippi for a wedding!" they captioned the post.

As the photo only showed the upper part of Joy-Anna's body, fans suspected that she has already given birth. "She doesn't look pregnant here. They are hiding something," one fan commented. "Joy doesn't even look pregnant in this pic," confirmed another.

On the other hand, some people reprimanded Joy-Anna and Austin for flying. As Joy-Anna is already around 27 weeks pregnant, netizens said she should be staying put. "I thought you couldn't fly while pregnant?" a fan commented. "He has no business flying with his pregnant wife."

Of course, there were some who argued that the couple posted an old photo. Many fans also defended the couple from their critics. "I'm sure they are capable of making their own decisions. We have no business telling them what they have no business to do," a fan chimed in. "You can fly when you're pregnant. She still has a few months to go anyway," another wrote.

Joy-Anna and Austin announced their pregnancy earlier last August. "We're so happy and thankful to announce that we're expecting a baby!" Joy-Anna shared with PEOPLE. "Every child is such a precious gift from God. I'm most looking forward to watching Austin as a dad and raising children together with him."

They haven't revealed the gender of their child yet, but given the size of Joy-Anna's baby bump, Duggar fans are hoping that she's taking after her mother Michelle and giving birth to twins.
